1. Which payment methods do we offer?

2. How can I request a refund?
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service by email or telephone. Please have your order number ready and include the reason for the refund. We process refund requests in accordance with our terms and conditions and legal requirements. Your right to a refund will depend on your individual circumstances and the reason for the refund.
3. Can I cancel my order if I have already paid?
- Yes, it is possible to cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service immediately to initiate a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 days of receipt. After the returned goods have been successfully checked, the purchase price will be refunded.
4. How long does it take to receive my refund?
- After your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the account you used to make payment within 14 days. However, depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account.
