The Beurer nasal douche is compatible with the inhaler models IH 21 and IH 26. To use the Beurer nasal douche, one of the two inhalation devices is mandatory.

The Beurer nasal shower is filled with 2 - 10 ml of isotonic saline solution and connected to the compressed air hose. A narrow stream of water is sprayed from the head of the nasal shower into one nostril. Excess nasal secretion, for example resulting from dust exposure, is removed gently and painlessly.

It is less recommended to use it if you have a bad cold, as the jet of water could irritate the already stressed mucous membranes.
