The Cif Alcohol Plus Professional is a ready-to-use ethanol-based surface disinfectant for clean disinfection in the food and kitchen area. The disinfectant is for use on surfaces that come into contact with food as it evaporates without leaving any residue. For disinfecting alcohol-resistant surfaces that also come into contact with food. Easily and quickly disinfect devices such as cutting boards, kitchen utensils, thermometers, tables and other small kitchen appliances. Also suitable for cleaning counters in supermarkets, butcher shops as well as general hard surfaces and many other surfaces.
