1. Which shipping methods do we offer?
- We ship throughout Europe with DHL , for express deliveries we use UPS.
- Orders placed before 1 p.m. usually leave our warehouse on the same day.
- Throughout Germany: Deliveries usually reach their destination within one working day .
- In some cases delivery takes place on Saturdays.
- Shipments across Europe take around 2-5 working days.
2. Is pickup possible?
- Collection from our logistics center is also possible . Please let us know if you would like to collect the item.

3. shipment tracking
When your delivery is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation (in addition to your order confirmation) containing all the information about your delivery and a link to track the shipment. Status changes will be forwarded to you immediately.
4. Goods not received completely?
We apologize if your goods do not arrive complete. Your ordered goods are often sent in several packages, which means that the parcel service provider can deliver the outstanding goods at a later date.
For large orders or orders with goods of different availability, we will send the goods in stock in advance. The remaining order will be sent immediately as soon as it is available to us. If your shipment is affected by such a case, we will inform you immediately.
