The tape is water-resistant, colorfast, solvent-resistant, and abrasion-resistant, making it ideal for permanent indoor and outdoor applications. Thanks to its excellent tearability by hand, straight tear edge, and good writability, it is particularly easy to work with. tesa® 4657 is ideal for the production of die-cut parts and is primarily used in the automotive industry for temporary and permanent masking of holes, as well as in industrial painting processes.
