Standard Shipping (2-3 business days)

  • Orders up to €36.99 (incl. VAT): €4.95 (incl. VAT)
  • Orders over €36.99 (including VAT): free

Express shipping (1-2 business days)

  • Delivery next working day by 12:00 p.m.: €25.99 (incl. VAT)
  • Delivery next working day by 8:00 p.m.: €19.99 (incl. VAT)

Standard shipping from 20kg

  • Orders from 20 kg to pallet: free of charge
  • Pallet shipping: individual conditions
  • Express shipping: Possible within Germany depending on arrangement!

1. Which shipping methods do we offer?

  • We ship throughout Europe with DHL , for express deliveries we use UPS.
  • Orders placed before 1 p.m. usually leave our warehouse on the same day.
  • Throughout Germany: Deliveries usually reach their destination within one working day .
  • In some cases delivery takes place on Saturdays.
  • Shipments across Europe take around 2-5 working days.

2. Is pickup possible?

  • Collection from our logistics center is also possible . Please let us know if you would like to collect the item.

3. shipment tracking

When your delivery is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation (in addition to your order confirmation) containing all the information about your delivery and a link to track the shipment. Status changes will be forwarded to you immediately.

4. Goods not received completely?

We apologize if your goods do not arrive complete. Your ordered goods are often sent in several packages, which means that the parcel service provider can deliver the outstanding goods at a later date.

For large orders or orders with goods of different availability, we will send the goods in stock in advance. The remaining order will be sent immediately as soon as it is available to us. If your shipment is affected by such a case, we will inform you immediately.

Return shipping

If your goods have defects, we will arrange for you free return. Please contact the wrong or damaged delivery within 14 days of receipt so that we can take all further steps for you. If you want to revoke your order, please refer to the exact process of the reimbursement of our terms and conditions and Revocation information.

Notes on the redemption obligation for packaging material

According to the current Packaging Act in accordance with Section 15 (1) sentence 1 of the PackackG, we are obliged to withdraw the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:

  • Transport packaging, such as pallets, large packaging, etc.,
  • Sales and outer packaging that typically do not apply to private end consumers as waste after use,
  • Sales and outer packaging, for which system participation is not possible due to system intolerance according to § 7 Paragraph 5, and
  • Sales packaging pollutant -containing filling goods or
  • Reusable packaging.

Appropriate packaging material is used when the product is delivered, which we take back free of charge. We thus ensure the return of the packaging material into the recycling cycle. By clarifying the return options, better results should be achieved in the return of packaging and a contribution to fulfilling the European exploitation goals according to the EU Directive 94/62/EC.

You can hand over the packaging material as an end consumer at the location of the actual handover or in its immediate vicinity.
