The Cleartest® Troponin I Infact test is a visual Immunoassay test for the safe diagnosis of a heart attack. The test not only serves to recognize a heart attack, but also to control the success in infarction treatment and the risk assessment of the likely course of the disease in patients with angina pectoris. The clearest troponin i-test is ideal for the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. Troponin is a protein fabric that is released into the blood in heart muscle damage. After a heart attack, the cardiac troponins (CTNT and CTNI) are detectable in the blood from about 3 to 8 hours after the pain begins. There are cases in which the EKG changes little or no at all, because the laboratory values such as troponin are very important. Increased troponin levels indicate heart damage, with a consistently normal troponin level, a heart attack is rather unlikely. The test uses the sensitivity of the protein troponin, which is released into the blood for heart muscle damage.
