How much can I save with the Savings Plan?

You'll receive a 2% discount on the first delivery and a 10% discount on the regular store price starting with the second delivery—automatically and without a discount code. Both prices are displayed on the product page in the "Purchase Options" box as soon as you select "Savings Subscription."

What are the delivery intervals?

You can choose from: weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, every 2 months, and every 3 months. You can change the interval at any time in your customer account.

Can I pause my subscription or skip a delivery?

Yes. Under “My Subscription,” you can skip individual deliveries, pause your subscription until a date of your choice or indefinitely, and resume it at any time.

How do I cancel my savings plan?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to "My Subscription" in your customer account. This does not affect orders that have already been shipped.

When and how is payment made?

Payment is processed automatically before each delivery using the payment method you provided when you placed your first order. If your card expires, please update your payment method via a secure link.

How much does shipping cost?

Regular shipping fees apply to each subscription order. These fees are listed in advance in your customer account under “Shipping Costs.” If you add products to an existing order, no additional shipping fees will apply.

Can I add more products to my subscription?

Yes. In your customer account, you can add items to your subscription permanently—in which case you’ll also receive the subscription discount—or add them to your next order as a one-time purchase, with no additional shipping costs.

Can I have my order delivered earlier?

Yes. You can schedule your next delivery right away by clicking “Deliver Now” in your customer account. Your subscription discount will remain in effect.
