Description

Irritation, chronic conditions, and tendonitis of the wrist are increasingly treated with functional therapy. The goal is to immobilize only the affected areas of the wrist while preserving grip function. This is exactly what the Actimove Manus Forte is designed to do: It prevents movements that interfere with healing or trigger renewed irritation, while allowing the hand maximum finger mobility.

Stabilization is provided by several elements working together: a moldable aluminum splint on the palm side, dorsal stabilization elements, and a wide, non-elastic Velcro strap in the middle and proximal areas. The splint can be adjusted to fit the individual shape of the hand. The materials are breathable and latex-free; without the splint, the orthosis is washable at 30 °C.
