Details

The B.Braun Cytocan® non-punched port cannula is specially developed for use in long-term infusions and equipped with a special cut that enables a gentle stabbing into the septum without a staunch effect. This guarantees the re -lock of the septum after sewing the cannula, which significantly increases safety and comfort for the patient. The cannula has a flexible and transparent fixing plate, which enables simple puncture and improves patient comfort through optimal fixation. The transparency of the plate offers a clear view of the puncture site, which supports the early detection of infections. The cannula is mr-safe and free of latex, dehp and pvc. In addition, the PVC-free extension line with clamp offers practical handling and the required flexibility in everyday clinical life.
