Beschreibung

Delta-Splint ist ein Fertigschienensystem aus synthetischem Glasfasergewirk mit mehrlagigem Kern. Eine Seite trägt eine hautfreundliche Polypropylenpolsterung, die andere ein schützendes Polypropylenvlies — die Schiene ist also fertig aufgebaut und muss nicht mehr unterpolstert werden.

Die Applikation ist einfach und eignet sich zum Stützen wie zur Ruhigstellung, etwa bei frischen Frakturen und Weichteilverletzungen. Delta-Splint gewährleistet eine gute Immobilisierung und ist als Rollenware erhältlich, wird also auf die benötigte Länge abgeschnitten.
