Dynacast AS ist eine leichte, individuell modellierbare Sprunggelenkschiene für Therapie und Prophylaxe von Verletzungen am oberen Sprunggelenk. Sie stabilisiert bei Kapsel- und Bandverletzungen und ermöglicht dabei eine frühfunktionelle Behandlung.

Der praktische Vorteil liegt in der Bauform: Die Schiene ist so dünn, dass sie in fast jedem herkömmlichen Schuh getragen werden kann — der Patient braucht also keinen Spezialschuh. Über die Klettbandfixierung unter dem Fuß ist sie größenverstellbar.
