Grassolind® ointment compresses are impregnated with a petroleum jelly-based ointment and consist of wide-mesh cotton gauze. They are ideal for general wound care, particularly for exuding, superficial wounds. Thanks to their neutral, non-medicated ointment base, they are ideal for dermatology as well as for patients with sensitive skin or allergies to certain medical substances. The innovative combination of white petroleum jelly, diglycerin esters, and microcrystalline wax prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound, keeps the skin supple, and allows for pain-free dressing changes. At the same time, Grassolind protects the wound environment and supports optimal healing.
