HARTMANN COSMOPOR® Advance Post-OP association for postoperative wound care, but also for sterile care for minor injuries, e.g. B. as part of first aid; in patients with sensitive skin. Cosmopor® Advance is with the innovative dry barrier® Technology equipped that enables the woundx studio to be included in the wound pillow, but is not released - even under pressure. This combination of high suction capacity and the lowest backwear allows that the post-op association can stay on the wound longer. Advance is a sterile self -adhesive wound association made of soft carrier fleece, equipped with a highly absorbing wound.

 

  • Self -adhesive wound association made of soft carrier fleece and central wound pillow with dry barrier® technology
  • The wound contact layer from a fine-meshed polyethylene network prevents gluing with the wound
  • A transfer layer leads the exudate into the absorption layer and is stored there permanently to avoid backwet
  • Very good suction capacity and highly memory, with an additional upholstery effect
  • Skin -friendly through hypoallergenic, synthetic glue
