Beschreibung

Die Hartmann HydroClean Kompressen 4cm oval sind speziell entwickelte hydroaktive Wundauflagen, die eine innovative Lösung für die Behandlung von trockenen, leicht und mäßig exsudierenden Wunden bieten – insbesondere bei Wunden mit beeinträchtigter Heilungstendenz. Dank des superabsorbierenden Polyacrylatkerns (SAP), eingebettet in Cellulose- und Zellstoffasern und aktiviert mit Ringerlösung, sorgt HydroClean für eine kontinuierliche, interaktive Wundspülung über bis zu drei Tage. Die Auflage absorbiert Wundexsudat und gibt dabei feuchtigkeitsspendende Ringerlösung ab, was eine effektive Reinigung und Granulation fördert. Zusätzlich werden wundheilungsstörende Matrix-Metallo-Proteasen (MMP) inaktiviert, wodurch stagnierende Heilungsprozesse bei chronischen Wunden reaktiviert werden können.
