Description

HydroTac® is an innovative, hydroactive foam wound dressing designed for the optimal treatment of wounds in the granulation and epithelialization phases with low to moderate exudation. Thanks to its unique AquaClear Gel technology, it supports accelerated wound closure. The combination of a gas-permeable, liquid- and microbe-impermeable polyurethane cover and a hydrogel coating enables active moisture management in the wound microenvironment. The hydrogel keeps the wound moist, prevents sticking, and ensures atraumatic dressing changes. The absorbent foam layer reliably absorbs and retains exudate even under compression. The waterproof outer layer protects against bacteria and external contaminants. HydroTac® is suitable for both chronic and acute wounds and offers easy handling with a mild self-adhesive effect.
