Beschreibung

HydroTac® comf. sacral 18x18cm ist eine innovative Schaumstoff-Wundauflage mit einzigartiger AquaClear Gel Technologie, die optimal auf die Bedürfnisse von Wunden in der Granulations- und Epithelisierungsphase abgestimmt ist. Dank der Kombination aus einer gasdurchlässigen, flüssigkeits- und keimdichten Polyurethan-Außenhülle und einer Hydrogelbeschichtung bietet HydroTac® ein aktives, bifunktionelles Feuchtigkeitsmanagement im Mikroumfeld der Wunde. Das Hydrogel hält die Wunde feucht, verhindert ein Verkleben und sorgt für einen atraumatischen Verbandwechsel. Die Schaumschicht absorbiert und hält Exsudat zuverlässig zurück, auch unter Kompression. Die wasserdichte Außenschicht schützt vor Bakterien und äußeren Verunreinigungen, sodass HydroTac® sowohl für chronische als auch akute Wunden hervorragend geeignet ist. Ein leichter Selbsthafteffekt erleichtert die Handhabung und sorgt für eine sichere Vorfixierung auf der Haut.
