Description

Medicomp® Extra Sterile is a high-quality non-woven compress for general wound care—from initial treatment to use during surgical procedures. The dressings are excellent as primary dressings for injured skin, for initial wound cleansing, and for the care of both intact and injured skin. They also serve as a carrier material for disinfectants and ointments or as secondary dressings for acute and chronic wounds. Thanks to their breathable material structure—a blend of viscose and polyester fibers with two additional layers—they offer enhanced absorbency. The compresses are free of binding agents and optical brighteners, feel soft to the touch, are four-ply, and are available in various sizes. For larger applications, the compresses can be easily unfolded and used flexibly.
