SONAX PROFILINE EX 04-06

Silikonfreie Hochglanz-Finishpolitur für Exzenterpoliermaschinen, einstufig oder als Finish nach ExCut 05-05.

Beschreibung

Die Politur ist auf die Exzentermaschine abgestimmt und deckt zwei Fälle ab: das einstufige Polieren leichter Lackdefekte und den Finishschritt nach einer Vorpolitur mit ExCut 05-05. Das Ergebnis ist hologrammfrei – der Punkt, an dem eine Politur im Prüflicht besteht oder durchfällt. Sie ist silikonfrei und staubarm, die Bearbeitungszeiten bleiben kurz.

Gearbeitet wird in zwei Phasen, für die der Hersteller konkrete Werte nennt: zuerst mit bis zu 5 kg Druck bei rund 2.000 U/min für etwa 20 Sekunden, danach mit 1–2 kg Druck bei rund 4.000 U/min für etwa 120 Sekunden.

Flasche vor Gebrauch schütteln und das Produkt passend zur Stütztellergröße auf ein mittleres Exzenterpad geben. Fehlstellen bei Bedarf vorher nass mit Schleifpapier P2000 oder feiner ausschleifen.
