Medium-hard, high-density, open-cell polishing pad for random-orbit polishers with a 125-mm backing plate.

Description

The pad is medium-hard, high-density, and open-cell—a combination that delivers both abrasion and gloss during random-orbit polishing. Thanks to good ventilation and a special cooling system in the center, the temperature remains low, which significantly increases service life and heat resistance.

Two features make the job easier: The hook-and-loop fastener allows for quick disc changes, and the beveled sponge edge improves handling along edges and grooves. Its high polish-retention capacity ensures that reapplication is required less frequently. It is designed for use with PROFILINE NP 03–06, EX 04–06, and PerfectFinish.

Place the polishing pad centrally on the backing plate and do not overheat the polishing area. Never polish with high pressure or apply excessive angle, blow out the sponge regularly with compressed air during use, and clean the pads regularly.
