tesa® 60632 is a flexible, flame-retardant aluminum adhesive tape with a paper liner for durable, thermally and electrically conductive bonds.

Description

tesa® 60632 is a flexible aluminum adhesive tape consisting of a 30 µm-thick aluminum foil, a transparent acrylate adhesive, and a white, one-sided silicone-coated, 85 µm-thick paper liner. The tape provides an excellent barrier against moisture, gases, and vapors; it is electrically and thermally conductive and resistant to aging. Thanks to its heat- and light-reflective properties, it is ideal for applications in insulation and building services. The adhesive tape is flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102, Class B1, as well as the requirements of UL 510A, making it particularly suitable for safety-critical applications. The easily removable liner ensures convenient handling, even for die-cut parts and mass-production applications.
