Beschreibung

tesa® ACXplus 7063 ist ein 800 µm starkes, doppelseitiges Acrylatschaum-Klebeband mit schwarzem Träger, das speziell für anspruchsvolle Verklebungen entwickelt wurde. Durch seine einzigartige Zusammensetzung verbindet es sehr hohe Klebkraft mit exzellenter Weichmacherbeständigkeit und eignet sich ideal für pulverbeschichtete Oberflächen oder leicht niederenergetische Kunststoffe. Besonders bei Verbundkombinationen von Kunststoffen mit Metalloberflächen sowie bei Metall/Metall-Verklebungen überzeugt es mit hoher Verklebungsstärke und bietet eine ausgezeichnete Prozesssicherheit. Der geschäumte viskoelastische Acrylatkern gleicht unterschiedliche Wärmeausdehnungen verschiedener Materialien aus und sorgt so für dauerhafte, spannungsarme Verbindungen. tesa® ACXplus 7063 verfügt über eine sehr hohe Anfangsklebkraft und Schälkraft und ist damit die professionelle Lösung für dauerhafte, hochbelastbare Verklebungen.
