Description

tesaprint 52310 (transparent) is a high-quality plate mounting tape with a thickness of 100 µm, specially developed for mounting photopolymer printing plates onto printing cylinders and sleeves. Thanks to the textured PP film backing, plate mounting is easy, precise, and virtually bubble-free. Easy repositioning is possible during mounting, as full adhesive strength is only achieved during the press run. The combination of high adhesive strength and excellent shear strength ensures a permanently secure bond and prevents the plates from shifting during the printing process. Upon removal, no adhesive residue remains on either the printing plate or the printing cylinder, which significantly reduces setup times and cleaning efforts. The product is constructed with a natural rubber adhesive on a sturdy PVC film and offers reliable performance in professional flexographic printing.
